I understand that my participation in the Milky Way Race 2023 (hereinafter: the Event) is somewhat risky. I certify that the UNICEF Office in Croatia, Radnička cesta 41, Zagreb; OIB 18282095247 (hereinafter: the Organizer) is in no way responsible if I get injured. I have valid personal liability insurance and injury insurance that cover my participation. If I cause damage to any other person or property, I assume responsibility and will ensure that the Organizer does not suffer any related damage.
I agree to abide by the competition rules and security procedures established by the Organizer for my own good and the good of others. I checked my equipment and found that it was correct, properly maintained and suitable for the event.

I agree that the Organizer may record and use audio recordings, videos and photographs from the Event and use my name, presentation, voice, character, performance in all media, solely for the purpose of promoting the charity race and attracting interested public to participate at future charity races.
The Organizer has the right to use, broadcast, display, exhibit, reproduce and / or make publicly available material recorded during or in connection with the Event in all media, including, without limitation, radio, television, cinemas, events, media and the Internet. The organizer has the right to make any changes, interruptions, cuts or other changes in and on the material and to use such modified material without any restrictions.
I am aware that I will not have the right to approve the material and that there is a possibility that I will not be mentioned as a participant in the Event. I do not expect to receive any financial benefit from my appearance on any material related to the Event.
I have the right to use my own camera at the Event to record content and use such content for private purposes, or only on my own website and on my social media channels.
